Fernando Zilli, Owner/Managing Broker of Tribeca Mortgages, used his competitive, passionate nature, and athletic background to become an active investor in the local real estate market. With over 10 years of experience in real estate, secured lending, and investments, he has developed a resourceful skill-set and social network, based in Victoria, BC. This network includes dozens of Lenders across Canada that specializes in all types of mortgage financing. Fernando, himself, specializes in mortgage and real estate planning.

Born and raised in Victoria, BC, Niko Mavrikos spent his youth exploring his passion for soccer and business. He built a network of localized real estate investors and developers, by combining his professional skill set and social lifestyle. With qualifications including a BMOS Degree from the University of Western Ontario, Niko has spent the past decade gaining experience and growing one of Victoria’s most successful franchises.

Emily Taylor was born in Toronto, Ontario, but has been living in Victoria BC for numerous years. With a background in banking and investments, Emily loves her role at Tribeca Mortgages as an licensed Assistant. Emily is a major asset to the team as she helps Fernando with files, bookkeeping, and payroll. Outside of the office, Emily enjoys horseback riding, and spending time outdoors with her dog Enzo.

Born and raised in Duncan, Darcy’s passion for real estate and sales eventually led him to relocate to Victoria. An innate people-person, working as a mortgage broker offers him the opportunity to meet and interact with a variety of different individuals on a daily basis. Taking pride in offering superior customer service, Darcy puts a focus on really getting to know and understand the needs, wants, and financial goals of his clients. 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Jessie, and their dog, Simba. An avid sports enthusiast, he loves to both watch and play and never misses his annual fantasy football draft.

Born and raised in Victoria, and currently raising his two Daughter’s along with his Wife here, Tom has deep family roots on the island. Family is the utmost importance to Tom. If he’s not spending time with his whole family, he is watching his Daughter play hockey. He grew up playing hockey himself and is passionate about the sport and loves sharing the same passion with his Daughter.

Aside from spending time with his family, Tom loves working with his clients. He is extremely passionate about helping people reach their financial goals and providing them with a level of service above and beyond their expectations. Assisting people in achieving homeownership is something he takes great pride in and is truly the most rewarding aspect of his career as a mortgage broker.

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Savannah spent years cultivating strong client relationships while working in hospitality. Making a seamless transition into the fast-paced mortgage industry, her role as Administrative Assistant makes extensive use of her customer service and communications skills as she ensures the daily operation of the business runs smoothly and successfully. Dedicated to helping Tribeca’s clients achieve their goals, she takes pride in being part of such a hard-working team. 

With a passion for the outdoors, if not in the office you will likely find Savannah either in or on the ocean—weather depending. Grateful to live in such a diverse region, she has made it her mission to make the most of West Coast living.

Born and raised in Victoria, Vasilis holds a deep appreciation for the stunning city and surrounding region. Though lucky enough to have experienced living in multiple provinces, he considers it a privilege to be back in his hometown where he met and married his beautiful wife. Family is of the utmost importance to him, and he cherishes the close relationships he holds with his relatives in both Canada and Greece.

While working at his family’s restaurant taught Vasilis the value of hard work, playing sports such as baseball and soccer sparked a thrill for competition and an inner drive to consistently build on and improve his skills. Having always had a passion for real estate, the switch from his previous career as an electrician to the financial lending industry was an easy one. The purchase of Vasilis’s first condo—soon followed by that of his family home—was an amazing experience, and one he strives to replicate for each of his clients. 

Originally from the UK, Aaron moved to BC over a decade ago. Though his first Canadian hometown was the winter sports haven, Golden, he relocated to beautiful Victoria to play Canada U20 Rugby for the Junior National Rugby Team of Canada.

After crossing paths with Niko Mavrikos and Fern Zilli—the Owner/Managing Broker of Tribeca—while playing soccer, Aaron found himself inspired to take the leap into the real estate industry.  As someone who is deeply familiar with the success that comes with hard work and tenacity, he saw an opportunity to not only learn under an amazing group of like-minded mentors but to offer a rapidly expanding business his own unique skills and experience. 

Born and raised in the US, Anna possessed an innate talent for athletics. She grew up playing sports at a competitive level, her drive and skill eventually culminating in an NCAA Basketball Scholarship where she dominated the courts, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. 

Anna brings not only years of experience and success, but a genuine passion for her work. In addition to being a mom, wife, and mortgage broker, she is also a rental property and small business owner. With first-hand knowledge of what her clients experience, Anna strives to understand their unique circumstances, needs, and goals. She believes in giving back to her community, which is illustrated in her role as a Youth Soccer Coach and member of the Sooke schools’ Parent Advisory Council.

During her rare downtime, Anna loves to spend time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy exploring the Island from beach to peak, hiking, biking, and staying active outdoors.
